Join us for a rejuvenating session that focuses on strengthening your core, enhancing posture, and promoting relaxation through mindful breathing.

Roll-Up, Single Leg Stretch, Double Leg Stretch, Criss-Cross, and Plank Variations.
Cool Down and Stretch (5 minutes):
Gentle stretches focusing on relaxation and breathing.
Closing (5 minutes):
Recap and open floor for questions.
